Individual License

The individual license is for those who wish to improve their visual collaboration skills. It is not a license to share with peers or sell or in any way distribute, train or make profit from making the materials available to others.

You may
  • Print, copy or redraw the material for your own personal use or practice.
  • Use material as inspiration to create your own icons and templates.
  • Use material to design and facilitate meetings, workshops, courses and other processes.

You may not
  • Re-sell or distribute the material in printed or digital form in any way (neither on its own nor included in a different product).
  • Share, trade or offer the material as a free download.
  • Deliver training in the methods, materials and tools you have access to.

  • Use the material on websites or in apps.
  • Include the material in printed or digital publications, online presentations or videos.
  • Use the material to be printed on products (e.g. t-shirts, cups, stationary, etc.) that are sold or distributed for free.

If you are an educational institution (public schools, universities or not-for-profit teaching projects) you can use the material in classes.

Organizational License

The organization license is for teams, business units, small and medium organizations and large enterprises making visual collaboration a way of working. It is not a license that will allow for re-selling, training or distribution outside your organization.

You may
  • Print, copy or redraw the material for your own organizational use or practice.
  • Use material as inspiration to create your own icons and templates.
  • Use material to design and facilitate meetings, workshops, courses and other processes.

You may not

Material

If not stated otherwise, all 'materials" (digital products, icons, templates, workspaces, e-books and printable files) by Visual Collaboration Academy are sold as subscription with a Individual License. The term 'material' refers to all content, words, icons, templates, illustrations and workspaces contained in a product. The materials are for personal and non-commercial educational use only. The material included in subscriptions are for the use of the individual original purchaser only, unless multiple licenses or an Organizational License is purchased. By subscribing, you sign up to respecting the license described above. If you choose to stop your subscription, you may no longer hold copies of the material or in any way use the material.  

Credit and copyright

When you are using or referencing the material, always credit the source as: VisualCollaboration.Academy

All materials made by Visual Collaboration Academy are protected under Danish and international copyright law. When you purchase a product you are purchasing either a single-user or a organization-user, non-transferable license, not the rights to the content or images. Visual Collaboration Academy retains the copyright to the content and images, all rights are reserved.
