Facilitator: Loa Baastrup

Loa designs and facilitates processes that bring strategic initiatives to life, making them meaningful across organizational hierarchies and cultures. She has a curious mind and loves challenging the status quo. Loa has 15 years of experience in teaching visual facilitation, Loa is also the co-author of our book, Visual Collaboration.

Ole has more than 20 years of international experience in facilitating and assisting leadership teams in cultivating a more visual way of working, whether in physical or remote settings. Ole is also the architect behind our virtual learning platform and co-author of our book, Visual Collaboration.
