SAP has developed the  "Discovery Workshop" MURAL workspace. You will get the full package during the program. It is aimed at helping you to: 

  • Discover a new way of running meetings
  • Customize customer workshops to fit your needs
  • Conduct meetings your customers will never forget


What you need to attend

Two devices

You can attend the training with one device, but we recommend two as this allows everyone to see each other AND collaborate in our online workspace.

Zoom

Before each session you get a secure Zoom invite with ID and password. You can sign in and get ready 15 min before each session.

MURAL

We deliver the course in a shared visual collaboration space. Prior experience with MURAL is recommended. Brush up your skills with MURAL free online tutorials.

Time

 This is an intensive course. On top of the 3 hours you need for each session we recommend setting aside 2-3 hours after for follow up and work on assignments given.

Case work & peer learning

Throughout the course each participant works, presents and receives feedback and coaching from the other participants . 

Certificate

After having attended all sessions and handed in the all assignments, you receive our Certificate of Completion. 

Visual Overviews

Each session is delivered using structured visual interactive overviews of the shared learning journey.  

Online whiteboards

The program team will have a shared workspace for each session and each participant has their own working area. The spaces are open 24/7 throughout the program. 
Our book "Visual Collaboration" serves as the foundation for the courses. You will learn about the Five Building Blocks and how they work together.

Loa Baastrup
Co-author of Visual Collaboration
Loa, based in Copenhagen, has 15+ years experience in facilitating high impact meetings and trainings, both online and offline. 
Toa Maes
Process and technical facilitator
Toa is a digital native with focus on both visuals and the digital aspects of learning and change. Based in Amsterdam Toa co-hosts multistakeholder workshops.  
Ole Qvist-Sørensen
Co-author of Visual Collaboration
Ole is passionate about learning and visuals. He has designed and facilitated small and large change projects. He is based in Paris. 
Bettina Gulya
Process and technical facilitator
Bettina is an experienced UX designer and trainer. She is based in Berlin where she on the side helps women with a refugee
background develop their digital skills
